If there is to be a negotiated settlement on the action, it will be only those stayed behind the action that will benefit from the result of any negotiations.  The more clubs stayed behind the action the greater the case awareness will be with HMRC and the Treasury, which could lead to a sensible negotiation.

The EGU have asked us to contact Clubs with a view to getting them to be part of the action.

There is a fixed fee for the submission of a claim, staying behind the action and costs in relation to any negotiation.  Part of the fee goes to the EGU to cover the costs of the action.
